When the economy is struggling, it is only inevitable that we are going to slash prices and just pray that something will move. It is often the first thing builders think to do. However, it is not always the smartest move. There are things you can still do and the most important is to remain calm and keep your composure. People need to feel they are making a smart decision when they decide to take the plunge and buy a home. They want value, security, and a quality product. Price is of course a factor, but it does not have to be the only factor.

I know things are scary out there, but if we all panic, this is not going to get better. We are only going to be creating self fulfilling prophecies.
